FELT:

Felt is a non-woven textile that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing fibres together. There are many different types of felts for industrial, technical, designer and craft applications. The felt technique is simple and easy to handle, and allows us to make a variety of objects, such as sculptures, accessories, bags, rugs, jewlery, hats, 3D objects and clothes as well.

Feltmaking is still practised by nomadic peoples (altaic people:  Mongol, turkish people) in Central Asia and elsewhere.

Both techniques are easy, inspiring, and really funny!
